Energy is never lost only transferred.  On the way UP, be careful about the people around you.  There are people that we love but lack vision, those people are content where they are and really find it hard to understand why you aren’t happy with the status quo.  Because we love those people we find ourselves trying to elevate their thinking to match ours but the process of doing so causes one to lose energy and time both of which are precious elements one cannot afford to lose.  Time cannot be given back and energy requires one to be vulnerable waiting on someone to pour back into you the things you have given out at the wrong time to the wrong people.   Then there are people who we respect but still lack vision.  Vision leads one into all kinds of places, spaces, events, ideas and can be so large that it is intimidating to even those who love us and want us to succeed.

Empowerment means pulling from within the confidence, self-esteem, motivation and courage to believe in the direction set for you.  It means not having to be validated by others or their opinion and most importantly to move forward even when one is fearful of the results.  Sometimes the things we do aren’t successful, there will be shortcomings, fallings and even let downs but not moving forward is a guaranteed way of failing and dying.

Empower yourself today by living above the reproach of others and when you are free, free those around you by not setting or pushing your expectations on others.  Give back what you desire to receive, love people for who they are and not who you perceive or desire them to become; and when you know who they are, allow them to remain in their place.  Stop abuse by misusing people in areas  where they are bound to fail.
