THINGS America NEED TO KNOW/UNDERSTAND

Racism – is a systematic method for keeping a race of people down, economically, mentality, socially, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Black people can be prejudice but not racist.

• IF YOU HAVE TO SAY YOU’RE NOT A RACIST, THEN………….

• Having a “black” friend does not eliminate one from being racist

• Statements like; “I don’t see color” aren’t complimentary to black people. It’s quite the opposite.  To treat me as an equal, you have to NOT see my color?!!!!!!!!!! God took time to create me as I am so for you not to see me is………disrespectful at minimum.

• Black people are NOT naturally violent

• USING THE “N” is NEVER ALLOWED! We know you say at home or in private, you better leave it right there!  ZERO TOLERANCE!

• Painting on a “Black face” is NEVER okay, acceptable or tolerated  ZERO TOLERANCE

• Forgiveness is one thing; however, we’re at a time where action and consequences are in order. So your slips of ignorance with black faces, nooses, and the “n” word will always be received by a demand of action! Losing your jobs, stripping of your livelihood etc.. ZERO TOLERANCE

• BLACK LIVES MATTER – isn’t to say that other lives don’t! However, it is Black People that are threatened, that have the police called on them for nothing! Black People tend to be the target of for people that feel comfortable challenging or telling them what to do in public places!

• Stereotypes aren’t real! Black People are diverse just like other races!

• Not all Black People know one another

• Not all Black People think alike!

• Just like other races, we are individual people with individual thoughts, actions, ideas and concepts that share similar cultural experiences!

• TO BE ‘PRO BLACK’ isn’t anti White, Hispanic, etc.
