I couldn’t have explained any better so I provided it straight from the source.  It’s important to know the meaning because in life, people tend to seek opportunity to places like this or attempt to build businesses, lifestyles in this manner.  Examples: the other side of money, I don’t want to struggle, a place in life where I don’t worry, I don’t want to think about bills, I want it to be simple and easy, I don’t think I know enough, I want to have everything together. etc.

The thing all of those ideas and concepts have in common is that they are whimsical, random and arbitrary!  Some of the examples are unattainable and the others do not make common sense.  Most people’s idea of struggling is having to sacrifice or plan for the things that they want.  I mean after all if all you want is money to pay your bills (you hear that all the time), don’t you make the bills?  Bills occur due to the places where we reside or live, the cars driven and the material things one desires so if your money doesn’t cover those things, then you scale back or increase the money right? Simple huh?  What people mean is that they want more money to cover their lifestyle, without doing anything to earn it!  IMPOSSIBLE!  The other portion of that equation is that they want it all right now, in the moment! No time to plan, wait, implement the plan, they just want it all!  Again, IMPOSSIBLE! Anything one doesn’t work to build, he or she will fight to keep it and it will cost them EVERYTHING!  You will either put in the ground work in the beginning or struggle to hold it together later.

The ‘other side of money’ isn’t a dollar amount; it’s the mindset shift concerning the way a person changes his or her view of money! That shifting view translates into using it money management, investing and disbursing over spending and flaunting.  Those wise investments produce fruit (prosperity) and money is a magnet to more money as well as opportunities.  Most people assume that a person gets money and it changes their view, NO you change your view of money BEFORE you get and are able to retain money.

Most people want to be successful or at least I think that they do!  It’s their mindset or way of thinking which stops them from being successful.

  1. Be Realistic – when I used to hear this term, I would get so offended because I thought it meant not dreaming, or not setting my goals high, it is simply what it says. To be realistic means to set goals both long-term and short-term goals to achieve what you dream.
    1. Realistic means having balance
    2. Setting a pace – you cannot do everything at once
    3. Realize there will be sacrifice involved!
    4. It will take time
  2. Determine What YOU Want & Not the Masses – You would be both surprise and disappointed about people who set goals based on what someone else said or what they hear or what they heard would be easy to achieve! Anytime you chase another dream, you’re doing it for the wrong reason, it will not work!  There is prosperity and success in your own gift, you do not have to borrow one!
  3. List Concrete Thoughts and Ideas – No more random or cliché ideas. Instead set goals like: “I want to make $100K a year so that I’m financially fit” (concrete thought) not I want enough to pay bills (arbitrary).  KNOW WHAT YOU WANT! You should have both long-term and short-term goals.
  4. Go Through The Process – There will be turns on and in your journey, that seem to be very small or feel like no progress at all, but it is progress. Every step will not be huge but it requires one making the step to reach the milestones! Don’t skip steps to impress people, the process creates the patience, the wisdom, decision-making and other fruits you will need to retain all that you stand to gain.

There appears to be the false sense of reality where things are simple and there is a place that one reaches and he or she no longer has problems.  That place doesn’t exist. From the outside looking in, you view people that have it all in your mind and yes maybe they make it look easy.  Look again.  There is work to do and when the work is done, the person is qualified to carry the load and that’s why you interpret it as easy!

Stop trying to find an easy street or arbitrary places that do not exist. Do the Work, Get the Reward of your labor!
